Advanced Manufacturing Processes

Pipes and fittings are manufactured using two advanced industrial processes: injection and extrusion.

Injection

The injection process allows for molding PPR fittings in metal molds with high dimensional accuracy. This technique ensures great reproducibility and a flawless finish for each piece.

Parameter Control

Whether for injection or extrusion, key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and injection or extrusion speeds are finely tuned and continuously monitored by the technical teams. This ensures high consistency and excellent manufacturing quality.

Extrusion

As for the pipes, they are manufactured through extrusion. This process involves passing molten PPR through a die to produce pipes with perfectly controlled dimensions and a smooth surface.

Compliance with Standards
